Just been watching a full replay of the Arsenal v Sunderland game and had to laugh when a co-commentator suggested that Sunderland might as well have had 10 mannequins on the field as the Gunners waltzed in an out and around the opposition defenders without a tackle in sight.Gus Poyet must have been appalled by the performance of the team. Nice catchy nickname for a lot of prima donas who didn't want to miss out on a cup final place.
Not sure what result I want next weekend in the League Cup final, bearing in mind they're here the following weekend if we bear BHA. Euphoric or deflated? Concentrating on the league regardless of next weekend's result?
I hope SUNDERLAND win the league cup. Monday morning after they beat Leeds United in the fa cup final was a great day at school with half the ncuts in my class being Leeds United ' fans' Despite everyone of the sad sacks been born and bred in HULL.
My guess is Phil Bardsley will still reek of alcohol and hookers a week afterwards if they win at Wembley.
Erm... they aren't playing Leeds. They're playing Man City. I'm off to this final, so hopefully it's a bloody good game, and Man City win.
