Mick Macarthy wants Wellens back on loan. Should we let him go or would he be more use to us on our bench!!!

He could still be a very good player for us. Should he get back to the form of the season before last then he will be a major asset to us

Wellens will return and Danns will go now

Think James and Drinky will be above Wellens in a DM role, could go back out again with recall for injuries.

Now that we've finally got him match fit it would be a shame to let it go to waste...

A dodgy start as he obviously wasn't fit but he has slowly got up to match fitness and his game against Burnley was by far his best performance. He looked decent enough and he was one of the few before MM arrived that put in a decent shift. It is a shame that he now goes back as we haven't seen the best of him for long enough. I assume that he is a key player for you or I assume he used to be!

Richie Wellens was regarded as the best midfielder in the league by the media the season when Sven took over

I have seen him play for you and he always gave a decent performance. Has he fallen out of favour with Pearson then?

No he picked up a very bad knee injury in the last home game of the season against West Ham. He missed the whole of pre season. Just got up to fitness then we loaned him to you to get match time

He has been near enough ever present since Nigel signed him 3 years ago
