Rumours circulating that the club have sacked him as ambassador with no notice or reason..and have not contacted him at all during his recent sudden illness... Can anyone add to this?
Can't be true but by the same token he may not be fit to carry out any duties for a long time if at all sadly. So both parties agree to move on for now?

People do not seem to know the reason why he has been sacked as club ambassador, but the timing is appalling when he has only recently left hospital following a health emergency.
I am not sure that HM Government would devote time to discussing events at a second tier English football club.
I am not sure what has happened to create this situation. What I do feel though, is that the club clarifies what this is all about before someone in the national press creates a meal out of it, and drags them into the gutter. They need to do this quickly, and not just hope it blows over.
