2 slice of warburtons thick white toastie bread with a bit of salad, 2 thick slices of roast beef and cathedral city mature cheddar. Its good but a bit dry, should've stuck a bit of relish or pickle on

Packet of Walkers SunBites, sour cream & cracked black pepper.

Apple & Banana.

I'm getting there Was 13 and a half stone about 2 months ago but closer to 11 now I never had dinner last night either because I couldn't be ****ed stopping at the shops for food

I had Turkey, mash and peas for lunch and a bowl of side-salad. The tomatoes I had in the salad tasted like deodorant. ****ing horrible the "fresh" fruit and veg you get out here. I had an orange the other day that was mummified. Looked fine on the outside but was dried-up on the inside! Like Victoria Beckham or Joan Rivers

I was telling my mum and dad how quick we're going to try do it and they were shocked They were saying to stay in hostels, take your time etc. **** them ****s. My mum asked if I was just wearing trainers for it

i'll just be using my desert boots when we go in may, they might not be waterproof but at least i know they're comfy and i'll have gators so it should be fine

when yous setting off? still thinking i'll do the first 15m or so then head back. might still be pished though

Starting early next Friday. Not sure if Franks picking me up in EK, town or just meeting in Milngavie. Will find out next week no doubt.

I'll be keeping myself nice and fresh for it, no drinking next week at all. Tall order, but if nev can stay off the ching, then I can stay off the booze
