Arsenal have made a bid of 14m for Romelu Lukaku, with his club apparently prepared to let him leave for a cut-price, according to The Sun: http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepag...for-14m-Anderlecht-whizkid-Romelu-Lukaku.html He seems like a great player - 6ft 3in, scored 31 goals in 71 games and there has been rumoured interest from Real Madrid, Barca & strongly from Chelsea. With Sturridge playing well, and Torres, Drogba & Anelka on their books, Chelsea seems a less likely location for him to go do. The money from Bendy would almost cover his transfer at 14m, and it wouldn't be a record sum. Chamakh has seemed VERY out of sorts to me this pre-season. What do you guys reckon to it?
£14 Million is ALOT for an 18 year old but the kid does look like he's going to be pretty special. Physically he's a monster 6'3 muscular and extremely quick. Hard to say how much truth there is i the rumour.
