Sorry that's flippant. It's a long sporting truism. Look at the OZ ashes squad last summer and this summer, and vice versa, the English team. Same players, complete change in the off the field attitude.

It's a sporting cliche.

England are getting whitewashed, Chelsea are second in the league. How can you even compare the team spirits?

I cannot understand why Ivan is at RB when have a perfectly good RB in Azpi and a shortage of decent central defenders.
Surely it should be Azpi, Ivan, Cahill, Cole

Switch Cahill and JT around when required.

I dont know, ive drunk too much relentless!!

He'd suit them perfectly to be honest. Barca don't have to defend much and Luiz style would halp them build from the back even better as he's great on the ball. Similar to Ramos at Madrid, fantastic footballer but not world class at defending.

How can we still be in the title race given there are so many problems with our side at the moment!?

that time of the year for goons already.. injuries & suspension taking a toll.
arsene convinced as ever - when these guys return from injury & suspension - they are the new JAN signings.

however s#!t Nando is - he puts in a good shift in important games with or without scoring.

however underwhelming we are - we should be top of the league on Monday! Here is to that <cheers>
