I think Jaffas point is fair though. He should score more given the chances he gets. Most skillful player we've had in many years but there's so much more we can get out of him...and that can only be a good thing
I know but as I said 6 in 8 this season is looking like he's really up for it. Granted 3 of those 6 came in 1 match but he still had to put them away.
Contradict myself now.... he missed a lot of games last season too. His chance creation is like no one else ive seen, sadly his conversion rate is at the opposite end of the scale. Love the guy none the less.
Yeah he is class and the more goals the merrier. Ask a simple question however...how many goals should a player of his insane ability score in a season? 25+ surely. I love the lad...but he can improve. When he plays like he did on Saturday he is simply unplayable. So if BR can get him playing like that 9 weeks out of ten we'll be flying
Very important mate that's fair comment Part of his problem has been a lack of class and skill around him. We all know he should score more though...and I'm sure he will
I'm going to whisper this so that no-one can hear me. He doesn't seem to get injured either. Don't bookmark. The beams are colliding though, so we should be alright.
Looks like he is working well with the likes of Sterling, Gerrard, Suso and Sahin and hopefully they can get the best out of him
I criticise Suarez a fair bit about his shooting but I have to admit, 27 goals in sixty appearances isn't too shabby. It works out at a fraction over a goal every other game (obviously) at 200 minutes per goal. Twenty in fifty league appearances isn't too bad either at a goal every 225 minutes (or a goal every two and a half games) Imagine what his record would be like if he could tuck away those easier chances eh Edit: of course, spread that scoring rate over the course of a league season and it works out at 17 goals, I'm expecting him to break twenty at the very least
