Luis Suarez interview with Uruguayan Radio

The interview is very long so I will get to the juicy stuff.

First of all, it looks certain he is off, I find the way he has spoken about his future quite disrespectful to Liverpool to be honest (not surprising when you consider all he has done since joining them).

- He is aware of Arsenal's interest in him, he has been informed of our bid by both his wife and (presumably) his agent (Pere Guardiola) and has not ruled out a move to the Emirates.

- He is due to return to Liverpool for pre-season training on July 21st but says 'one phone call one day can change all your plans'.

- He says that despite all that has happened in England, it is 'good' that an English club still wants him.

- He has laughed off 'interest' from Chelsea but admits he likes that he is 'valued' by Arsenal.

- Claims he is willing to cut short his holiday if it means he can sort out a move to another club.

- He says there is nothing concrete yet but says there are 2 or 3 clubs who are serious about signing him (hints at PSG & Real Madrid).

Would Arsenal fans really what such a vile, disgusting piece of **** at their club?

 

If you followed my articles on JA then you will know that nobody hates Suarez more than I do. Words can't describe what a vulgar **** he is, but the truth is he is a world class striker and is far better than what we have. Just like I've said about Rooney, I would welcome him to Arsenal with open arms because he would improve us greatly.

 

I think everyone loves a reformed sinner. If he said and did the right things on arrival, then I think most people would welcome him.

This is the perfect "Moneyball" signing. A player whose value is reduced for reasons other than his on-field performance, or at least more than their impact to his on-field performance.

Rooney is a granny shagging, wife cheating, greedy little oik and he's been linked to Arsenal too.
Would you say the same about him Edmund ?

 

Didn't Stretford fans use to sing a song about RVP being a rapist.,not that Edmund would know being he's never been there

 

I would take Suarez, he's a ****, but he could be our ****.

 

Only a vile, disgusting piece of **** would accuse somebody of being a rapist if they weren't.
But it can't be Edmund because as you point out he's never been to OT

 

Gooners sang that to RVP at old trafford this season ... all fans can be spiteful...we've sung some ****ing awful songs at times.

I can honestly say that I would not want that prick at my club...but then again we had woodgate who was convicted of abh for attacking someone when at leeds...guess we all ignore how prickish our own players are!

I'd say Rooney is less likely to embarrass the club than Suarez. If Rooney gets in trouble it's more likely to be to his own detriment whereas Suarez has forced Liverpool to apologise for him and/or criticise him on at least 4 occasions.

I guess it's different for all football fans but I personally have a very strong dislike of Suarez because he's a vicious, unapologetic ****. You only have to Google "Suarez stamp gif" to view dozens of deliberate stamps on opposition players, you only have to look back his to initial refusal to apologise for racially abusing Evra(which would have put the matter to bed far more quickly) or his refusal to shake Evra's hand(which reopened the whole problem again) and then there's the bite, drawing his second long term ban in English football. You might not like Rooney but he's not a liability like Suarez.

 

Arsenal need to be hated again. We need a **** in our squad like Rooney or Suarez or preferably both.

 

To be brutally honest, if he was banging in the goals for Arsenal, I probably wouldn't give a **** about how hated he is

 

what was Ledley convicted of?

My point was about people proven to be ****s ... I werent even having a dig at gooners ... That's why i mentioned woodgate...king was accused in the tabloids...like rvp ... Piskie said only a **** would accuse someone of rape if they weren't guilty...as piskie weren't there when rvp was accused of rape i assumed that he meant that he shouldn't be judged by a tabloid accusation yet seems to be prepared to do that with ledley...hence my question...as ledley has not been proven to do anything...nor has he admitted to anything...simply accused of stuff by the press...
