Morning all Hopefully last day subbing for Elland as he may be back tomoz. A few interesting bits and pieces today but still no video showing our new signing. Love to find out what went on between Leeds and Blackpool because it looks like Orta got arsey and told Blackpool you are not having O'Connor and have not used him properly. So he came back to the club and was quickly loaned out for the rest of the season to Bradford. Lets hope Paudy does himself justice and does a job. Phil Hay reckons the Zuber thing may still happen if the club are serious about him and if they do it will be a big coup for the club. On the keeper front things took a turn yesterday when Leeds told Newcastle we are not paying £4m for Darlow and turned our attention to Burnley's Tom Heaton. Confusion at Burnley because Dyche dropped Joe Hart and brought back Heaton, but only because Pope is recovering from a shoulder injury. Burnley have 3 England keepers and Heaton was moved down the pecking order to 3 when Joe Hart arrived. Preston now want Joe Hart and also Forest want Heaton. Confusing but a log jam at Burnley will be broken soon. Spurs then offer Michel Vorm to Leeds for the rest of the season. Stumbling block is the £62k per week wages which Spurs would have to do something about. Vorm is a top keeper that is hardly used because of Hugo Lloris. It would solve a short term issue for the club though and allow us to bring in a keeper in the Summer. Not sure if this will happen though as hearing Bielsa has said no, or the club have said no due to wages? It also seems that Chelsea are recalling Baker as we haven't used him enough. Good is my reply and hope this happens. It also seems Baker will be loaned out to Reading later today. Lets hope for developments
Morning all. I’ve no comments on transfers as there are none Yet. Got to keeper fingers crossed for Friday. First priority a clean sheet, anything else will be a bonus. These 3-2 or 4-2 results just aren’t good for the ticker
A bit of news on some of the players we either sold or released last year, and makes you wonder about what we had in the academy before Orta got a grip. No point in blaming Redders etc as this was all down to bates and then Cellino: Stokes went to Bohemians and has appeared most of the season for them Moses Aioye was released and still a free agent as not able to find a club Madger Gomes the great hope we bought from Liverpool was sold so french outfit Sochaux and only appeared 12 times Keogh still cant find a club so a free agent Kroma still cant find a club so a free agent Romario Viera still cant find a club so a free agent Antonnson doing a great job and scoring plenty of goals back home with Malmo Ronaldo Viera obviously not as good as we thought as still only played 10 games in Italy Murphy went to Bolton but hardly features due to injury.
Morning all, has anyone got Jontys bank deets yet so I can make a transfer? If not I'll email him I got a feeling we maybe offloading before bringing in and I agree we don't want to go down the risdale route but I want to see the club show some bollocks and get a couple in. If others strengthen around us it will make the running a little more tough.
Nathan Jones takes over at Stoke City Yeah I had to use Wiki to find out who the hell he is. Big Sam was in talks with Stoke yesterday so must have told them to sod off. Jones was at Brighton as coach in 2016 and took the Luton job. He did well keeping them up and has moved the club forward ever since, so will be a disaster or another Pullis
Morning all i think those players were not given a chance to shine. Plus all the others i call crap its not fair on them its not their fault. Its time to get behind the overlooked players and utilise our squad. Hows that W. C ducky? . so can we pick a midfield for friday to frighten the life out of derby. Doc who do we have besides klikch pablo alioffski forshaw. Shakleton appears to be not ready to start and is way too short for fullback duties. I would drop harrison and find a spot for roberts who at least shows some urgency going forward.
So Baker's gone back to Chelski as did Blackman and Samu left with the promise of a transfer fee. Surely now we will see some movement in signings?
Wakey there are only U23 players if we assume Halme partners Pontus with Ayling and Douglas at the back. We then need Forshaw or Klich doing the quarterback role. That gives us Shackelton, Clarke, Gotts, Pearce, Davis with Pablo and Alioski and one of Klich and Forshaw and Harrison for other midfield slots. Robbie Gotts was dynamite the other night and scored a good goal as well as an assist. He cannot be far away. We do have enough but relying on kids and it was Davis last week who made 2 mistakes leading to conceding 2 goals. The best outcome is another top midfielder, keeper and forward. We cannot carry on picking up injuries and Brown and Bamford need to get back fast

Good afternoon from a swunny Bardsey to Doc and co .Good to see Matt is improving and I look forward to his article tomorrow What I fail to understand is that we have known that we needed a keeper yet 10 day have elapsed and all that has happened is we have got rid of 6 players! We need action now not to wait until we have lost the next 3 games
A few snippets, Pablo unlikely to play Friday, Orta picks the new recruits and runs them past Bielsa, should be other way around in my opinion, now says we need reinforcements but didnt sound confident they can be got, Douglas back in three weeks, didnt want the Chelsea lad sent back and oddly said we could do with ten players. I could have picked that up wrong though
