Jamie Lucas has joined Vanarama National League side Boreham Wood in a one-month loan deal.
It will be the young striker's second loan spell with them this season. His earlier spell was cut short through injury after he had scored twice in four appearances.
Jamie has been involved with our first team squad since recovering from injury and made a substitute appearance against Plymouth Argyle on 19th September and was also on the bench for our game against Hartlepool United on Tuesday.

Kieran Preston, meanwhile, has joined Evostik Southern league side Mangotsfield United, also in a one month loan deal.
Kieran, a first year professional with Rovers, has been on the bench twice for the first team this season, for the games against Birmingham City and Yeovil Town.

Are you Jamie Lucas' dad or something seamge?! DC knows what he's doing, don't panic - I'm sure Lucas will be part of our first team soon enough.

Should help to keep Jamie Lucas sharp and match fit. He'll probably force his way into proper contention by the end of the season, but he won't do that simply sitting on the bench. I think DC's worked out a winning formula now, and he won't change things much, so better to give the lad some more experience so he can make a bigger and better impact when he returns.

Don't know if Kieran Preston played Saturday but if he did he let in three, looking at the Mangotsfield squad there are four ex Gas players there to help him feel at home
