It seems that loyalty means nothing to any footballers now, after Bent ****ing off and many other players for money (Barry, Milner etc.)

And now Andy Carroll a lifelong Newcastle fan and he was even given their number 9 shirt and he did exactly what Bent did and fed them lies. It makes me wonder, are any of our players loyal? I'd like to think Henderson is, but after what Carroll did today, I'm not too sure.

So if Liverpool came in for any of our players, would they reject Liverpool? What do you think?

I think its hard to throw the loyalty thing at a player.

I think Henderson loves our club and would love to stay for the rest of his career, however, he is a footballer first and Sunderland second. A team like Man U come in and lets say they offer 20mil, that must have an affect, Man U want to pay 20 mil or you. To top it all they want to pay you a fortune to play in a team that will bring you fame, fortune and cups.

Carroll to Liverpool, I can see the attraction, not a knock at Newcastle but Liverpool are still a big draw.

Bent to Vill still leaves me lost.

    players have 0 loyalty

there out to do 1 thing, progress there careers and earn shed loads ov cash. IMO

long gone are the stevie g type players that want to see there career out at " their club" even stevie g nearly chucked it in though

The only thing thats loyal are the supportes, through good bad thick thin and all that

just a novel idea but players should pay us for always being there!!!!

]It seems that loyalty means nothing to any footballers now, after Bent ****ing off and many other players for money (Barry, Milner etc.)

This dosn't bother me too much as we all know the way the game is now & players are only intersteted in cash first honours second...

It's the badge kissing I want to emulate "Super Kev" be a "hero" crap they come out with we all know what their motives are so why pretend any different? We all know if Man City, Liverpool or Man U come in for Henderson and offer him £60k per week or what ever then he'll be off despite being red & white.
