    This loyalty system has me completely baffled. This is my first season as a season ticket, and so I have no loyalty points. I have just bought a ticket for Villa away which luckily required no loyalty points. However, I received no loyalty points for doing this. So how am I to start earning these?

    I have emailed the club about this! I bought my tickets for Sunderland and Scunny online and still haven't had me points updated
