    Their age is REALLY passing mate , because they are getting older , and for the job of a Manager , not only experience , but also the shrewd cutting edge is required nowadays , look at Mourinho , most people don't like him , even I don't , He's a ******* b**** , but he's as cunning as a fox , so He sometimes gets the tempo of the team right .
    That's what's needed for today's gameplay , use the opponents' weaknesses to your strengths !
