put a thread on the smb same as I did on here after saturdays game about the possibility of Short finding out to see if Harry Redknapp would take over at the end of December if things do not turn around in 6-7games leading up till then and esp. on the SMB I was called worse than **** but I am seriously losing the faith.

I like MoN and think he is a top manager BUT the summer transfer window was the start when I lost a tiny bit of faith in him, talking about how it was so difficult to get things done and how things have changed. Yes we did end up making 5 good signings that came very late but I did question MoN at that point which I had never done before.

I couldn't make tonight's game but I have just been reading everyone's thoughts on it and I am glad I wasn't there it sounds absolutely horrendous and things need to change soon, if it wasn't for the Mig we would probably be in the bottom 3!

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------

As I have already said I like MoN and I think he is a top manager but its starting to change into "was a top manager". It totally seems like his time out of the game has caught up with him, yes he done fantastic his first 2-3months at the club but winning 3 out of the last 20 and 2 of the wins were against Morecombe and MK Dons shows we should be very, very concerned.

I am prepared to back MoN through November and give him a chance to turn it around but if these **** poor negative tactics continue were we are more concerned about not getting beat than actually get a shot off then I am sorry but I will of lost my faith in the man!

Come on Martin pull your finger out and get a system going were we will get the best out of our creative players, even I would do a better job in charge at the minute and thats not a joke either, certainly not a laughing matter at the minute

Never wanted him tbh, never thought much of him as a man since I saw him on the programme " Football, faith & flutes" when I was up in Glesga.

He defended Tic fans to the hilt for singing pro IRA songs, the reporter had him ****ed & stuck for words tbh & eventually, as MON had no answer, he just ****ed off.
It was a case of, see no evil, hear no evil & he basically denied it went on despite the evidence put before him. Head in sand time, lol.
It's all available on you tube if anyone want's to see it.

He had a decent record but I fear football has passed him by now & he's become a bit of a dinosaur if you like.

    End of November you say?

He's got until 4.50pm Saturday for me & if we don't have another three points by then he can **** right off back to London****ingderry as far as I care, <ok>.

I believe it's on "Scotland's secret shame" too, that's on you tube as well.
