http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/fo...t-British-media-and-plot-to-destroy-Fifa.html What a turd, trying to convince the African nations that the Press is targeting them rather than himself and his chums.
He's so deluded it's unreal. Come on Sepp. Have some dignity and step down. Take a quality retirement and leave your kids with your millions. Football's had enough with you.
It'll be interesting to see how this goes. It's safe to say he doesn't care what the English bastards think as long as he's got money and power. The sponsors will hold the key here. I hope they continue to press for this to be properly investigated. We could be on the verge of a big scandal being uncovered. It's kinda like Jimmy Saville in that it's blatantly obvious they're a set of dodgy ****s but until there's hard evidence...
Its not just the English Press they talk about it on ESPN as well. I was watching a segment recently on ESPN and their "experts" sure thought there would be a re-vote and it would be taken away from them.
Didn't realise all the sponsors were concerned about it. FIFA needs a massive reform. Bladder is obviously guilty of corruption himself and wants things nipped in the bud before he becomes a victim. All the corrupt Africans are probably in on it with him. I don't know how FIFA works but there should be a system whereby the associations with the most standing in the game hold far more power over the association for, say, Antigua and Barbados, or Honduras for example.
Sponsor Coca-Cola want answers too. Racist Bastards! http://www.coca-colacompany.com/our-company/the-coca-cola-foundation
"the sepster"?????????????????????? you've got a pet name for the corrupt bastard screwing football for all he can?
At least the standing ovations of his bought support made him feel better. Definitely deluded. In his mind, he's a riproaring hero, delivering the World Cup to new territories. In reality, he's a crook. Let's hope the papers keep the pressure up.
Let's hope someone other than the British media find something. I don't know how he has managed to survive for so long, things must be really bad if he is the favourite to get back in again. As for Africa, probably the most corrupt place on the face of the Earth, but nowadays where isn't. All the evidence is minimal at best, as the BBC article says, all countries try to push through trade deals, it's expected. It just seems to me that this game is going down in so many ways. With match fixing being the main one to cheating on the pitch to FIFA seemingly rotten to the core, how does it get proven? What happens if this whole thing explodes & it turns out that corruption & match fixing are everywhere? When I say everywhere I'm thinking of this country, where we are supposed to be whiter than snow. We've recently seen Scotland in a dodgy game against Nigeria, how close to home will this fall if it does blow?
It's funny that he used race as his argument, even though up until a few months ago he didn't seem to care about incidents of racial abuse and seemed irritated that the English were always moaning about it.
It's only what you'd expect from a corrupt, primitive, backward, third world country - and Nigeria is only slightly better.
