Hard luck on Reading (now 3.0 down to Swansea) but at least our away fans won't have to go to Swansea next year.
The only trouble with Reading as rivals is I really know nothing about them. Have they a derogatory name or unfortunate habits? How do we taunt them
There was no need for Griffin to make that tackle , the ball was going no where. Just means a close away game next season.
4-2 final score, I'm quite happy with that result for two reasons. One, it's a close fixture that I'll go to next season and two, every time I watched The Football League show Shane Long seemed to be getting a penalty from an outrageous dive. Justice done I think.
Barnsley, Birmingham, Blackpool, Brighton, Bristol City, Burnley, Cardiff, Crystal Palace, Coventry, Derby, Doncaster, Hull, Ipswich, Leeds, Leicester, Middlesborough, Millwall, Nottingham Forest, Peterborough, Portsmouth, Reading, Southampton, Watford, West Ham. Cracking!
St Godders was down the pub watching the game. That is it then the teams we have to beat are West Ham, Birmingham, Reading, Leeds, Brighton who along with us will make the top six. The rest are also rans. Bottom three at the end of the season: Palace Peterboough Portsmouth
Looking like i'll be able to go to a few more away games this season then. Last time i went to Reading we won! Not sure I'll go to Pompey, will have to check what vaccinations I'll need first!
