Nothing to do with transfers but, when Reidy was our manager my son bought a pen and autograph book from the club shop. Reid arrived and my son stood in line for his autograph, handed his new book and pen and pen did not work. I just bought it from the shop, my upset son said,"Take it back son and tell them Reidy said its crap and you need a new one", We did, got a new one and his autograph, always remeber it with a smile.
Thanks for a heart-warming story Cypruss. He's shown himself to be a stand-up guy through our troubles, that's for sure. Whether he can make anything out of zero finances and most of the "best" players out of a relegation side gone remains to be seen. If he can, I'd imagine his money will be no good in any bar in Plymouth.
