Poor lad. Shipped out to a small town more known for Rugby League and smelling of fish and then gets himself injured. Not sure if medicine has moved on from blood letting in Hull to be honest.
In all seriousness, I wish him a speedy recovery. I was upset when we sold him, especially for the minuscule price that we did, and I think he'll go on to be a regular PL player. Get well soon Jack

Banter aside. When we sold Hobbs I wasn't the slightest bit fussed and until our game it thought I was right in thinking that. But I really thought the lad has matured a hell of a lot in the last year. He won every header, made every pass, won every tackle.. Plus he led the side brilliantly. Rumour has it we're in for Chester, but I personally would rather go back for Hobbs. (I know it was only one game, but the Hull fans do keep saying how good he is and I didn't pay attention because of how he wasn't up to much when he was with us. Probably like the Schmeichel debate with the Leeds fans).
Apologies for my outburst earlier. It was uncalled for. Good to see the majority offering words of support for an ex player. See you boys next season no doubt.
Wish him well. Had a great time with us when on loan and was delighted when we signed him permanently from Liverpool. Unfortunately let himself down a bit with some of his positioning and decisions to try and win a ball that was never his, but understand he may have found some consistency this season. Never nice to see a player get injured so hope for a quick recovery.
I wasn't sure about Hobbs when he came in, but the longer he's been with us, the better he's got and losing him is a big blow now(particularly as he's out until Christmas). Losing him and Chester at the same time is an even bigger blow and we need to make sure we don't lose either full back, as we currently have no defensive cover at all. I've seen the Chester rumour on FoxesTalk, but it seems that nobody's told Chester he's moving, he's just bought a new house and is currently renegotiating his contract.
OLM, if you're checking Foxestalk because you're worried we may take you're best players, relax. I know this season may have deceived you, but our aim is to go up, not down. All you're players are quite safe...from us at least.
