Firstly may I say WELL DONE VILLA! you wanted it more than us and took your chances well. Hope you avoid the drop (not at our expense though, and it was never a RED card!) To Business.... After Last nights return to SUB Mediocrity form, the comments of PDC were a refreshing change from the normal Bruces Excuses and Martins Moaning, PDC got it right.. IT WAS JUST NOT ACCEPTABLE! he stated that they will be working even harder this week prior to the now must win Stoke game on Monday. He made a mistake this week in allowing the team a day off, a gesture they mistook for a sign that they had succeeded in reaching his high standards and it was OK to sit back a 'BIT'. I do not think he will make that mistake again. (a lesson Pardeaux has yet to Learn) The team will be worked even harder this week and hopefully they will realise and attone for last nights debacle. (Another Lesson For Pardeaux to take in?) The BIG differences are he has come out and in all honesty appologised and expressed his view (which is the same as the Fans) with regards to a performance the which of like we have had to suffer repeatedly over the years without making LAME Excuses or even trying to defent the teams lethargic efforts. (This one is Probably a bit to much for Pardeaux to grasp) That kind of performance and attitude has cost 2 managers their jobs in the last 18 months and after all the trouble over his appointment i am sure PDC knows this is his Big and probably only chance to manage in the premiership at a club with fanatical support, generous Owner and large Fan base.
