A couple of positives from my p.o.v for today..

It highlighted the need to strengthen the squad and with that the need for a bit of quality. Just thinking if we had won 3-0 the feeling may have been we just need something to replace the outgoings (Carroll and Enrique) as it is we need a few quality signings to bolster our chances and give us the cutting edge we lack when teams are playing well.

Smith coming on was hopefully his farewell appearance (fingers crossed)

Showed Joey is a cut above most of our squad and we need to get his contract sorted asap.

    Bright Side:
-New kit is actually looks OK to me now
    - Steven Taylor is in brilliant form
    - It was a great match of football
    - We actually had some luck for once
    - Ferguson looked bright
    - Ben Arfa came out for the lap of honour!

    Not so bright side:
    - Jose was cack
    - No Jose or Collo in the lap of honour
    - Threw away a three goal lead
    - Simpson was cack
    - Team got booed off and most people left before the lap of honour
