Swan, I will wait until the season is about to start before I predict. Both teams could be totally different by then.

As people have pointed out it's not a Premier League any more. The top seven or eight are off playing their own game. After that any club could be relegated, it's all very condensed. The Jacks, who were fifteen points away from seventh, finished 9th - with a points total that would normally result in finishing well into the bottom half of the table (well over fifty points needed to finish ninth the previous season). Outside of the top seven, the margins for error are slim. Basically, if Michu had been injured in December the Jacks would have been relegated. If West Brom had Lukaku injured they would have struggled to get 40 points. Same for all the others in the bottom half - one dodgy penalty following a theatrical dive, a dodgy sending off, a key player out for ten matches - and you are relegated. Almost happened to Sunderland without Fletcher. It's going to be interesting right up to the last few games next season, with ten teams crossing their fingers.

If my mother had a cock she would be my dad. But she hasn't .... and we won the League Cup and were the 9th best team in the Prem.
