They all seem intent on changing their managers or on losing players at the moment. Normally standing still is going backwards, but at the moment for us relative to our rivals it seems to be quite a good state to be in.
I'm not suprised by Davies leaving, but McLeish going has rather suprised me. Grayson leaving TWS is probably bollocks but they look to be losing a few players (Snodgrass, Johnson). It'll be interesting to see where all these changes leave these clubs by the start of the season, and how it could shape the promotion race.
