Well, Lee Hoos has left the good ship LCFC. Everyone seemed to hate him and whilst I have no opinion on him just wondered why he was so vilified? Mind you, whenever there is an MD/chief exec they are always cast as the villain.

I wonder if Lee Hoos leaving has anything to do with the fact we havent signed anyone yet. Probaly couldnt be arsed to pick to phone up and ring around the clubs and agents or they refused to do business with him

Transfer Window hasn't been open long. Plus a lot of players are on holiday if you think about it. Hoos did finalise the deals though so we'll need to replace him quickly.

It hasnt stopped other clubs. Getting people like Ben Mee back on loan wouldnt be too hard as they have scrapped their reserve league. Their isnt going to be many better places for them to send him to get experience then here plus we already have good links with them with Sven and Mancini. Sven said there was going to be movement as soon as the prem finished and that was over a week ago. Now with Lee Hoos sacked things may spend up. Maybe it was him who isnt prepared to pay Yakubu's wages and pay the fee for Naughton as the chief executive does all the negotiations with clubs, agents and players.
