Great goal, enjoy: http://metro.co.uk/2014/08/11/cesc-...g-ahead-of-new-premier-league-season-4828115/
Both our big signings have looked so good in pre season. I so hope they continue this form into the league. Haven't felt this psyched about us in a long time. For the first time in a long while I actually think we will win the league, and thats not just bias. We have to be the favourites for sure.
Quality goal. Bit cheap defending though and Keeper shouldn't get beaten at his near post. Good to see Cesc playing well though, even though he's a Chav now he'll always be an Arsenal fan
I've only caught highlights but by all accounts it seems Cesc is playing very well in pre-season. He'll be a very important player this season I'm sure and thankfully will also probably allow Oscar most rest.
So now you accept poor defending can have a bearing on the scoring of a goal. Funny how Ramsay's was all about the genius of the team
He learned Class and how to play at a good club , enjoy . Just hope too much of JTs tw@ttishness dont rub off on him .
Not sure why you would brag about that, rejecting a world class midfielder in his prime, for relatively cheap. Suppose its not the area of your squad that needs the most attention, but still, it may bite you in the Anoose. What kind of reception do you think Cesc will get at the Emirates?
A good one, lots of fans have a soft spot for cesc and he wanted to return, it's the club that stopped him so no hard feelings about his move to Chelsea. Lots of clapping and he won't celebrate if he scores.
Aye. Not expecting him to kiss the badge and run over to the Arsenal fans celebrating Adebayor style That guy was a tit.
Not that it matters, but it looks like Cesc was not interested in returning to the Prancenal: “I spoke with him for 20 minutes,” Mourinho said. “I think he really wanted to come to us. As you know Arsenal had an option where they could interfere but he was not open to that. He was very much in our direction. It was an easy job for me.”
Keep up sparky It's already been done to death that Cesc said he wanted to join Arsenal but was told that there was no room at the Inn. The fact that he only spoke to Special case for 20 mins shows how desperate he was to join another London club once he'd been snubbed by the trophy winners.
I suppose his consolation is that he remains with a club that has European Cup winning pedigree. He can't get that anywhere else in London.
You'll have to clarify where I was at any point reliant on anything mate let alone history. I was just stating a fact ........ simples! The new Liverpool? Yes, they have European Cup winning pedigree too.
