Chelsea - downward spiral managerially, going from Mourinho -> Scolari -> Hiddink -> Ancelotti -> Villas-Boas -> Di Matteo -> Benitez.
Scum - no doubt they will be hit hard when Ferguson goes (can't stay there for more than three seasons now, surely?)
Man City - they seem to have purchased their long-term place at the top table. Still look useless in Europe, and their support is naff.
Spurs, Liverpool, Arsenal - no all-important momentum, no hope.
Everton, Villa, Sunderland, Newcastle - constant 6th place ceiling above them.

Hopefully one of scum or Chelsea (starting today in their case) are going to **** up. Let's just hope UEFA don't tolerate these teams fiddling FFP rules, poaching young players and creaming Sky TV money.

Next three or four years, it's gonna end up being a division which is won not by an outstanding team, but one who can capitalize on the failings of others. The bottom line: there's gonna be at least one vacancy up there.

You left out Grant at Chelsea, now he was a pretty useless manager.

Please tell me you're not suggesting what I think you are?

If you are then by far the most deluded post ever posted on any forum ever by anybody ever.

Saying that you might not be suggesting what I think you're suggesting.

But I really hope you are, I really do.

    Are you?

He's a Leeds fan ....of course he's suggesting it. It's in his diary already. Nice that they can look ahead though instead of banging on about how good they used to be whilst thumping their chests

Might get a few plastics turning up now this has happened.

    You never know.

How can you come from Scotland or Ireland and support an English team?

    Priceless.

Sorry, that should say a few more plastics.

Let's just wait for all the old pony about not wanting to line Bates' pockets from the hoards of returning glory hunters.

You support through thick and thin, not when it suits you.

    I thought everyone knew that???

Thin Leeds fans need to worry about breaking into the 2nd tier top 15 before expecting anything else <ok>

You're a mug if you think that's true with the money it costs to support football.

It's a two way street. The club has to have the fans best interest at heart. While ever they have the fans best interests in mind, win lose or draw the fans will show up. When bates takes that away, the fans turn their backs. The fans didn't turn their backs when we got relegated all the way down to League One.

When we return to the PL I have no doubt our attendances will increase by six thousand or so, probably more.

I will not hesitate to call those who suddenly decide to attend City games just want to watch premier league football plastics.

Thick and thin, for a city the size of Leeds your true, loyal support is pretty poor. In fact it's dire.

Let's see what your plastic support is like eh?

So, to sum up, you've got plenty of plastic yourself

have you ever heard a phrase with the words glasshouses and stones in it?

I never 'suggested' anything, you noncetastic shingles sufferer(s). Just that there's a vacancy, and it's probably a fast-rising big club that will fill it.

Left out Grant and Wilkins because they were intrinsically interim managers.
