Just over a month away, anyone else running this? How's the training going? I'm on 40 miles per week and ran a ver hilly 20 mile race last Sunday in 2hrs 37mins. A slow 15 miler this Sunday followed by a flat 20 next weekend and I'll be ready for taper Really looking forward to the race, been a childhood ambition of mine. Aiming to finish in under 3hrs 30. Hopefully get round without needing a ****e as well, IBS is a bastard.
My training involves sitting down a lot, eating biscuits and scratching my balls. I'm just about in ideal shape for watching it on the telly
