Sky Sports understand that Ken Bates is set to hand over ownership of Leeds United to his close friends Harold and Albert

Harold Steptoe's first job as new co-owner was to promote Billy Paynter to club captain - to mark this event he held a "pulling of the cart" ceremony, which the new captain accomplished with aplomb!!

Except Bates obviously owns ER and TA, the same way he "didn't" own the club.
