I know and you know that that means 320 were left as of the date the info was put up i.e. over a week ago. There's enough to have a pop at QPR about without making things up.
No one is innocent until proven guilty! one is either innocent or guilty of a crime, the fact that that, has not been determined by a court of law is irrelevant, does not mean that a person is innocent until proven guilty, they either did the crime or they didn't...................... PS: And if you want to take this argument further, the accused could well be found guilty, when in fact he is innocent, and vise versa, so in a nutshell the law is an ass, but it is the best ass we imperfect humans have!..............
In reality, a person is either innocent or guilty, but in law, one is always innocent until proven guilty. To say nobody is innocent until proven guilty is true - if you are only referring to reality, not the legal position. It's important because the rule of law forms one of the main pillars of society. At the moment an accusation has been made which may be true but may be false. If it was your son who was the accused Dragon, I suspect you'd be happy to refer to the legal position that he's innocent until proven otherwise, and most of us would go along with that. You say the law is an ass (always a throwaway line) but would you prefer the accused to have to prove his innocence? Thought not. We had this nonsense here when the Lord McAlpine accusations were coming out and I warned users then to be careful. I was shouted down. But I was right - he was innocent and received a rather useless apology from his accuser. The point is that you have to be careful not to get carried away.
