Aye, remember Superstars from the 70s? Keegan falling off the bike, Supermac running the 100m in under 11 seconds? Anyway, are you a fitty or a fatty? I'm sure Chippy will claim to be both. Heed is mega old compared to me so I know he couldn't beat my time of 24.48 for the 5000m, done just now on treadmill. Who could beat my golf score of 74 shot on friday in 45mph winds? Who can juggle four like I can? I know what a fecking show off Come on then, fit or fat, what are you?
I can still do 100 keepy ups with a football And about 30 heeds up as well Wasnt a great one for running around but ball skills were my favourite
I dont get the modern day fad for keeping fit, particularly the lasses. I mean, come on, when we were all at school no one wanted to run or do keep fit.
I forget what time do my my 5k races in, but it's around 25 mins. The real bitch is getting 10k down to 55 mins or under. Missing the treadmill like mad walking blows, home treadmill needed. Haven't really achieved much in lockdown apart from grautuous amounts of boozing and shagging. Can now do the 3x3 rubix cube in less than 1 minute, and the 4x4 in about 4 minutes. The 5x5 cube and juggling are next challenges.
Nice one mate. Cube...can't do it, respect to all who can. Juggling, started with three, have been able to do four for years, can't master five, come to conclusion five or more is in fact an optical illusion. You need to get that treadmill my PB for 10km is 55 mins, will try to knock 5 mins off that at least. Treadmill is great way of running, the machine acts as your pacemaker.
Five years thats all. You know me, I never was one for running, my forte was proper sports like Darts, Snooker, Pool. Golf days are now long gone, although I will concede you hit the ball longer. But, who was the best pool player, and who did a 170 finish in a darts comp. Would that be me by any chance.
67 off the back pegs at Lindrick GC in the Vulcan Assistants Trophy in the late 90's. Beat that. Now.. Overweight semi-lush, gorging himself on real Turkish kebabs in Istanbul. Daily exercise is taking dog for a walk twice a day. You win
Look lads, I am a propa sportsman. Not only did I do a 5k run in 24:48 (my new PB) and that's after a 5km walk with the dog, I am now going to indulge in a pint and a burger. I'm sure you will all concede, that is proper 1970s Superstars stuff
