Does anyone think we need to get anyone in on loan or are we all happy with the squad the way it is ?
I've phoned Brendan Rodgers and tentatively enquired about a swap deal until the end of the season ... I mentioned that all 5 scorers against Arsenal had surnames beginning with the letter S ... but Luis Suarez wasn't one of them and might therefore currently be surplus to requirements? ... he seemed receptive to my ideas ... so don't be surprised next week if the press are reporting a swap deal between the clubs involving Suarez and David Nugent ...
I've been kinda worried what we would do if Dyer got injured - who else do we have that can play on the left wing?
QPR set to sign Ravel Morrison Oh Harry you really are clueless. He is a very good player but a complete arsehole. Theres a reason why West Ham are letting him go and it isnt because of his ability. Harry is building a timebomb at QPR
Hope this one doesn't come back to bite you on the arras Proud ... apparently Harry isn't the only one interested http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/west-hams-ravel-morrison-subject-3130994
I personally wouldn't want him here. We finally have a good team of honest professionals, with a good work ethic. I doubt Pearson would want him either in all honesty... Something about egos!?
In theory I think any club would want him, when you consider his footballing ability alone. But I agree, his mentality wouldn't fit here, but I think he'd be a really useful player if he went to QPR; would consider trying to sign him just so they couldn't get him, obviously if we had the funds to do such a thing. Surprised he's been put out in the cold so quickly.
Not sure that he has ... Allardyce has been muttering that he has a nagging injury that is preventing him featuring rather than him needing to go out on loan ... I don't hold much with the story tbf ... don't think we would go for him ...
Regardless of how good Morrison is and can be I dont think Nigel would give him the time of the day. Sir Alex Ferguson washed his hands of him because he felt he was a lost cause. If Big Sam cant sort him out aswell I dont think theres much hope for Morrison to reach his potential. You either fit in with Nigel or your out the door
He seems to bend his rules a little for the really talented individuals, eg. Knockaert. It's just the ones that didn't warrant that kind of leniency like Beckford and Danns that he excludes. I think Morrison would definitely fit into the Knockaert category. Only QPR in this league would be able to afford his wages, anyway.
Knockaert fits in with Nigels ethic though While I agree he isnt a typical Nigel player he still has the right attitude 90% of the time and while I would imagine he is a challenge, i reckon he still respects Nigels decision without too much fuss
