This will be upon us next week.

Will the media have spotlighted our attempts to bring in Shane Long, they have not said much in our failure to sell/loan out Fryatt, Prossy and McLean.

Now the loan window is soon upon us it seems that Forest will be returning for Fryatt, although he still wants assurance of a permanent deal, and hopefully some interest in Prossy and McLean.

Thing is do we hold on to any of them as cover, personally I wouldn't but what do others think.

I'd get rid of 2 of them, unfortunately I don't think we'll have interest in Pros so we'll be stuck with him I think, if I kept 1 it would be McLean, but I think he'll go to a Champ team along with Fryatt.

Proschwitz is history - Bruce has written him off publically
McLean isn't a PL quality striker, he was barely a Championship level striker
Fryatt is the only one I'd keep but if he secures a good deal for his future then so be it

Fryatt doesn't want to be here and I'm on call to drive him wherever he needs to go.
McLean puts in 110% but sadly won't cut the mustard
Prozzy showed glimpses in games that, odd as it sounds, he's more cut out for PL where you get more time.

This whole thing about more time in the PL is fiction. It's the players who get more time because of their skill, unless Pros proves me wrong,(highly doubtful.)
RVP gets space in the 6 yard box because he's quality.

I'd actually like to see how NP got on in a few prem games,he has shown some bits of class. However i'm more than happy to leave team selection to Bruce.

Open from Tuesday 10th September until 19th November approx. for clubs outside of the Premier League.

PL clubs can only sign free agents who were free agents when the summer transfer window closed.

So who will be going where then ?

    Corrected for accuracy. <whistle>

With Strewart gone and Fryatt about to hopefully then that should be around £40k a week saved in wages. Assuming that Mclean leaves soon that will be around another £15k a week or so saved.

Top up the pot for the January window.
