not so sure sanity has prevailed, the idea of an EMERGENCY loan system is fine but the whole concept has been abused by most clubs(ourselves included) for years. the time has come for a complete overhaul of the system and clarification of the rules concerning loan deals.
Absolutely agree that the rules need tightening up. They have done so already to stop scenarios like Watford last year, but need to do a bit more.
