Some reports are suggesting that Wenger may make a loan move for Henry. Good move? Personally, I wouldn't mind seeing this. I think it's clear that Henry loves our club and would still give 100% without being a first choice striker. I think the pressure would be off of him, and nothing like in his last season with us, when he felt that he was 'carrying the club' and the weight of expectation on his shoulders. Or another potential could be a move for Defoe? He's unhappy at Spurs, citing not playing, so he might not be any better off on the bench at Arsenal. That said, he's a proven goal scorer and given the service from our attacking players, I think he'd score goals for Arsenal too. Not sure why Redknapp has never really used him properly, especially as he bought him twice? Both potential options? Or just pie in the sky?
The reports actually have him saying "i can't comment on that' i've not approached the player or the club" etc etc
AW knew the right time to get rid of Henry.I see no point in having a player who's best years are behind him
TH14 can score goals in his sleep , he has got so much natural talent he would be a great asset to ANY club. Given the choice of TH14 with the ball at his feet at the edge of the box or GERV/ARSHAVIN / RAMSEY i know which i would choose every time. class is permanent .
