Yeah, out of the Norwich boys but Redmond would be the better fit. Wouldn't turn my nose up at Snodgrass though. He's proven at this level.
Thats been a while coming, i guess some clubs wont announce it if he can't officially "leave" the club until his contracts up.
While I agree with the club not giving Dyer a long term deal but I think he will be a big loss His pace a direct running would have been a big weapon for us to bring off the bench. I would love us to sign Nathan Redmond but not Snodgrass. Redmond would offer something Mahrez, Knockaert and Albrighton don't, blistering pace.
Albrighton's pretty pacy from what I recall, Mahrez also covers a lot of ground very quickly, though he's so gangly it's hard to tall how fast he is!
All the best Lloyd and thanks for the memories but I can't help feel you've bottled it a little and opted to stay in the championship instead of the challenge in the premier league. Appreciate the longer contract but surely every professional footballer aspires to play in the highest league?
Good servant but was never going to be good enough for the premier league! Right decision all round....we move on.
Thanks & bye LD. I had a little chat with him when LC played Sunderland in a pre-season game a few years back. Nice bloke & took time out for a photo with the kids. Saying that, he was stuck in traffic trying to leave the stadium after the game Thanks again & good luck.
Nice touch from the club: http://www.lcfc.com/news/article/120614-dyer-departs-to-join-watford-1641580.aspx?
Good luck in the Prem guys, you were miles the best team I saw last season. Here's hoping lightning strikes twice for Lloydie
Will give you some blistering pace on the left, just make sure you have the players to keep up with him
