Our first real challenge against tough opposition in this tournament. It will be a real test for Klopp. I'm not overly confident, but if we win we can maybe beat anyone.
Since Benitez left these are the teams that have knocked Liverpool out of Europe in recent years Sporting Braga Zenit St Petersburg Basel Besiktas Because we kept losing to these tricky but ultimately average sides we've barely had any experience against the best players in europe. So we need to be playing against teams like Dortmund. We would have had to beat them anyway if we want to win the Europa League The only kick in the teeth is that if we do win we'll probably still need to beat Sevilla

Strolling past United has given the competition more worth now. I actually want us to win now and would take pride from it. As others have said either way it will give our guys experience against tough European opposition. I'd love to be at the away game shouting and screaming! Great atmosphere that's going to be.
You seriously underestimate Villareal!!! And perhaps Athletic will raise their game and knock out Sevilla. That would be brilliant!!
Its nice to be positive and optimistic, but if we are honest.... WE DON'T HAVE A HOPE IN HELL and even if we did beat them....., stranger things have happened, there is no way we will beat another two sides to win the cup. Ok, we beat UTD but they are Dross, we would have struggled over two legs against Spurs and Dortmund just brushed them aside
People said similar things in 2005. Do I expect to beat Dortmund... No. Do I expect to beat Sevilla if we meet them... Errr... Prob not. Do we have a chance? Absolutely. With nothing to play for in the league anymore we can focus on Europe. Klopp knows more about Dortmund than they know about Liverpool. There is less pressure on us. No one expects us to achieve. It took a while but we are finally getting semi-consistent. I'd probably give us somewhere between 10-15% likely to win the Europa.
Absolutely, the 2 Mancs play each other next aswell! If we can string a few more wins in a row I think it'll be in our hands before we know it!! Probably building up for a MASSIVE disappointment as we miss out, but it's far from done yet!
