I am not a fan of Liverpool. Sure, their history has to be respected, but that's what they seem to be living off. The Bindipper's believe wholeheartedly that they deserve to be in the CL each year, that a top 4 spot is their god-given right, and there is no bigger club in England. I was crossing my fingers that they would fold and go into Admin before FSG bought them out at the 11th hour, and enjoyed seeing them struggle this year. I was hoping the King would remain in charge to help them slip down the ladder even further, but alas, he the King is dead - long live the King. Alot of talk going on at the moment about Martinez taking over KK's reigns... what do people think of this? I like Martinez as a man, but find him to be an 'ok' manager. Nothing special. I don't think he will take Liverpool to the dizzying heights of the top of PL, so for me I would like to see him at Liverpool. What do you guys think? Am i alone in wanting to see LFC sink?
You may not like us and I disagree with most of your post but wanting any team to go into admin is just sad.
I don't like Liverpool but Liverpool are a club that should be competing with the top teams in both the premier league and europe. I like Martinez but I think the Villa job would of been a better fit, I don't think he will take Liverpool and get them competing wih city and utd at the top. Yesterday it was saying they had made Van Gaal there number 1 choice, now he would of been the bloke who would of been best suited to Liverpool
Sky sports news have just reported that the next person to turn down the Liverpool job will have their benefits stopped
