Hey guys swans fan in piece. Now that my anger, bitterness and disappointment has all but passed I feel I can genuinely wish you and brendan all the best for next season, he deserves his chance.
Was just wondering however, do Liverpool have any highly rated youngsters in their ranks?
With Rodgers now looking to instil a pass and move philosophy into your team, what better place to send up and coming youngsters than to the club already implementing it!
If Rodgers was telling the truth and does still have a soft spot for our club, I feel this could be the start of a pretty decent setup!
Be interesting to hear your responses. Cheers.

That is a great idea if the next Swansea manager continues the philosophy. You get up & coming talent that can help you maintain & improve your impressive position & we get them playing premiership football in a slightly less pressurized environment.

Nice one. I only started watching the youngsters near the end of the season so not in the position to tell you who.

You can bet Rodgers has thought like you though ;)

There is no doubt what so ever the next swans manager will be playing the same philosophy, our chairman will only hire a manager that does.
But yes, could work very well I think. We took josh mcearchan (however you spell it) from Chelsea in jan and apparently he's the next best thing etc, he couldn't play to our system though so never really got a chance... But if your club are constantly training this down to its core, I think they could gain some great experience from us and we get a quality youngster for a year. Win - win.

Out of who's old enough to go out on loan, and may benefit you, probably: Jonjo Shelvey (could slot anywhere in central mid, apart from holding), Toni Silva (would play the Dyer/Sinclair role), Joao Teixeira (same as Shelvey.)

Sterling isn't old enough until December.

I think we've a few that could suit.

Ince was decent and prospered at blackpool. I think tony silva just might be good enough to step up after his loan out to go on loan to you next year.

If rodgers doesn't want sterling next year he should be sent out on loan..... after that wisdom and coady badly need experience, flanagan needs to have the edges knocked off him and suso is good... but are any really good enough for the s swans

  11. I think this is quite naive thinking. Fair enough, it is a good idea but there are a lot of variances on it too. Will these players be in Rodgers plans, will he want to see them first hand to enable him to rate them, would Swansea be the right club for the player to go to, would Swansea want the player, will Swansea's new manager be interested in any of the players, will the new Swansea manager play a similar style, will the Liverpool player in question be old enough, will the player want to go to Swansea, etc, etc, etc
