Missing mane, last time we played them without him we lost 2-0

Wonder if he'll start Cout wide to replace Mane on the left or push Firm wide and play Sturridge?

Be tempted to do that later and play Cout deep with Gini and Can. We're going to dominate the ball so need a smuch creativity in their as possible.

We need Henderson to just stand there between the two cbs and let the rest do the job. That's all we need. I will get within 15mins we will see Henderson on the right wing crossing or chasing and the back door is wide open.

I'm convinced that Klopp has no desire to have a sitting CM & encourages all players to leave their positions , just watch Matip , but unfortunately not enough work has been done on ensuring those gaps are covered by the other members of the team though a lot of the players should not need telling.

By all means encourage players to be positive.. but when matip goes up cos he sees space in front to carry the ball it is Henderson who MUST step into the gap.

If Henderson presses then can should sit in. That way they can alternative periods in game and rest a bit...

Seriously though the cms there are chalk and cheese to our trio.

We have 3 guys who want to run forward. Not one of them has the brains to look and see positions and danger.

How many times in last 3 games have you seen 2 cms go for same player closing down and just open up our whole side? If seen it glaringly 3 or 4 times but we see 10/12 times a game that the two cbs are on their own.

 

but JK doesn't seem that bothered.

Hendo and Coutinho in the middle - Hendo as a 6 does not work because he's not good defensively or offensively. Let him be the workhorse and run around aimlessly. His off the ball running is his one decent attribute.
And Coutinho will provide the creativity in small space.

Ox should replace Mane on the left - keep it simple.
