    Sounds good if theyre only willing to bid £4m. Means he wont be going there.

    Fair offer to recoup most of the fee that we payed for him?

    What a stupid article, why would we want to make a loss on him?! <laugh>

    Apparently we want 15mil and this is causing them to look at other options (Izaguirre).

    <cheers>

  6. Haha, ****ing tossers.

    This is good news, means he's more likely to stay.

    I've sort of lost my love for Enrique but he's one of best players definitely, so i want to keep him and get him on a new contract.

    Has to be bullshit. Nobody in football is stupid enough to offer £4m for a player that has had two of the best seasons of his life that cost us £6m in the first place.

    I honestly don't know how these "journalists" can get paid for making up complete and utter ****? The Daily Mirror must be run by mugs.

    I'm going to pretend to be a freelance sports journalist and send them a report about Blyth Spartans being in the running to take Bojan on loan from Barcelona in return for letting the first team have their end of season party in the Spartan Social Club.

    As already stated this is good news in a way because he is unlikely to go to the Bin Dippers if that is all they are offering.

    In fact if that is the best offer we get I would suggest we let him run down his contract. It would give us another year to find a replacement.

    I'm just worried that he'll hand in a transfer request like Judas did. Then we're left short of a defender and with just £4m in the bank, there'd be no point keeping a player who doesn't want to play for the club either.

    The club could always just turn it down and stick him in the reserves for the rest of his contract. I wish more clubs would do that, it would show players that they aren't in charge.

    Totally agree. If he isn't loyal enough or honourable enough to see out his contract properly let him rot. See what the stain on his reputation and a year without first team football does to his career prospects.

    Not interested in having a BMW mate, not sure it would do the club much good!
