Don't know why you're so riled at that thread to be honest, there's nothing offensive there. I wouldn't call one of you a thick **** if you said you didn't think Liverpool were going to finish 4th, its very odd behaviour if you ask me, getting aggressive because someone doesn't share your opinion.

 

Liverpool just aren't flavour of the year really, so reaction is multiplied by 100.

 

No one here said Newcastle could finish near that spot, that's you putting words in our mouths to make us sound like dreamers. The thick **** comment came up because someone on the thread said Newcastle have been lucky, which is wrong you have to earn your fortune at this level.

 

We seem to be compared to Hull...Wasn't like Hull had quality premier league players in several positions

 

We had one season in the CC league, we weren't languishing down there for many seasons and we are not a yoyo team. Whatever happens in our next run of games there will be no change in the comments of some people. If we win, the opposition have played badly, if we lose, it was bound to happen once we play a quality team.
I've come home from games we've won and know we've been lucky, when we played Spurs, it was great, we came from behind twice, it must have felt like a loss to Spurs, we may not have won at home but it was a good spirited game and showed our resilliance.
