Director of football Damian Commoli sacked as results haven't been good enough. Isnt that Kenny Dalglishs fault??? Looks like they are trying to direct blame away from F**King Kenny. If they are blaming him for their signings isn't that an even bigger indictment against Dalglish. The longer they keep the blinkers on the more that once great club will sink further into the mire. He's such an egotistical **** there's no way he'll quit. Good for a club like Sunderland so long may it continue. Long live the King!!!
Feel for my scouse mates, but its been a long time coming. Blindness has overtaken commonsense. King Kenny v Roy Hodgeson, a no brainer, given £ dozens of millions like King Ken got, and a bit of time, Roy would have been the man IMO. But scousepower Knackered that one. But will they stick their hands up and admit it?,,,,,,,not a ****in chance.
His face didn't fit at Liverpool. Similar to Big Sam when he went to Newcastle and also 10 games into next season if he gets West Ham promoted.
The players signed were identified by Dalglish and Commoli negotiated. Dalglish failed at Liverpool when the old team faded away and his replacement signings then were poor. He was also a failure at Newcastle and Celtic.
Tragic to see a once great club in decline. Fner. However, I think reports of their demise are somewhat exaggerated. They do have some class players (and also Andy Carroll), but Dalgish isn't the answer to get the best out of them and they need at least three or four top quality signings to compete.
Got to say something doesn't add up with Cammoli think this is a good move by Liverpool. Redknapp didn't refuse to work with him for no reason.
A club that has already won one cup this season, and a semi final tomorrow so they have a decent chance of winning both domestic cups in the same season... Aye sounds pretty ****e to me...
It's the manner in which their fans expect success that makes this funny <a bit like our neighbours, fnarr-fnarr> It can take many seasons to build up a club and just one to destroy it.
Personally I think they have a decent squad and most were good signings. Whether Kenny is up to speed enough with modern tactics to make best use of them is another question. But the issue of the money paid is nothing to do with Dalglish. Comolli is to blame though but I also think that is the Americans deflecting attention away from their own failings They appointed Comolli and they should have taken more of an interest if he was pitching correctly in the market. I've said all along I just don't get how fans can still think a manager decides what a club pays. The only managers I'm aware of that take any interest is Wenger and Ferguson. Managers just give a list of players, then either the owners or normally someone employed by the owners go and get the players. So those suggesting Dalglish has paid way over the odds are just being daft. However when I've watched them lately they don't seem to have a plan B. That is down to Dalglish.
