Speaking to the QPR Podcast in Kilburn last night, Warnock said: I asked Chris to come with me at Palace this year. I wanted him to be my first team coach. I think he's got a lot of attributes, he's a great guy, but management is different. He'll have to adapt to the other side of management because you can't be a nice guy all the time as a manager. It's not easy, the Championship. It's one of the most difficult leagues you can enter without a lot of experience. He's going to need a bit of luck and a bit of help, but he'll get the support. It's not going to be easy, make no mistake. I don't think they'll come straight back up and it needs a lot of hard work behind the scenes. If I can help Chris, I'm always on the end of a phone because I still think a lot about the club. – FORMER QPR MANAGER NEIL WARNOCK Neil returning in some capacity would make Oslo a happy man
