Which band do you most wish you managed to see live?

For me it would be these lads(with Jimi Hendrix a very close second):

    Great choice.

The Smiths. Tried to get tickets for Morrissey at York but failed. Seen Johny Marr play with the Cribs last year at Hull Uni. Not quite the same.

    Joy Division.

I'm not including bands like the Beatles who I couldn't have seen anyway as I was too young.. Even The Smiths.. Never got to see The Housemartins.. even though I recall their billboard ads round the city..

I know a guy called Wayne Barrett (Slaughter & the dogs) who supported The Sex Pistols at Manchester Lesser Free Trade Hall, seen his band here in Lyon (he lives here too).. so The Pistols yes.. Joy Division.. where do u stop?

I suppose that I would have quite liked to have seen The Rascals. Miles Kane is still going thoguh, and there will hopefully be more "Last of the Shadow Puppets" stuff to come, so not a big disappointment.

For me it would have to be The Clash, The Beatles and Queen. They were all a bit before my time!

To be honest, after seeing The Undertones at Cleethorpes Winter Gardens, i dont think nothing would top them for me, but a band i would have loved to have seen but missed were The Pistols
