Which one would you have your money on in a fight? I was having this debate with a few of the lads at work, most of them where convinced a Tiger would win as it's bigger. I though said the Lion would win, as I think they are more ferocious, and they spend there lives fighting off other Male Lions from mating with there Lionesses. So they are more battle hardened and more skilled fighters.
We'll they don't live anywhere near one another in the wild, so it can only of happened in Zoo's. Your probably right though, with so many Zoos around the world, there is no way everyone has resisted the temptation of putting them both in the same cage together, just to see what would happen
**** you on about? Lions spend their day laying about waiting for the missus to bring them their dinner. Much the same as Pud in that respect.
What am I on about, I suggest you do some research? Lions don't do a lot of hunting, but they do plenty of fighting. A male Lions job is to defend his pride against other male Lions who want to take over and become the alpha male. His meal ticket from the Lionesses pretty much depends on him being a good fighter. Having said that if the prey is very big , like a Buffalo, that requires some extra muscle to bring down the males will help the lionesses with the hunt
I'd lean towards the lion, by a narrow margin. If the tiger had a bazooka however, well, that's a bit of a game changer now isn't it?

That kind of thing really annoys me - who was it that sung " I crucify myself " ? ****ing impossible, you can't get the last nail in.
Neither would stand a chance against a Black Panther. Stealthy, sleek, lithe, beautiful and dangerously violent. Much like myself to be honest.
