    It's a story in the Daily Mail taken from a story with no quotes or sources in the Mirror so it can be taken with a major pinch of salt. Personally, I think he could sign, our stock is very high in France and Chelsea's is not particularly. Lets see how it pans out, but I wouldn't be reading too much into this 'story'.
