as they beat Wales 3-1 .... hope he was able to whisper a 'come join us' in Nathan Redmond's ear - Redmond scored a hat-trick - here'shoping he has a relegation release clause at Norwich ... just the type Nige likes http://www.uefa.com/under21/season=...412/match=2011381/postmatch/report/index.html

Redmond could have had 6 or 7 last night. Looked 10 times the player of Ince who was largely ineffective. The lad has progressed well from his Birmingham days.
Agreed, would love us to sign Redmond, but there's no chance. Young and English- he'll probably go to Man City or Chelsea and never be seen again. Stood out in a poor Norwich team, whereas Ince, who's been so heralded, struggled to get into Palace's team. He'll have to go abroad- hardly set the PL alight.
Redmond and Albrighton, 2 shining stars in pretty poor sides, lets hope if we got them they could unleash their full potential.
Liam again played a full ninety minutes for the England U-21s as they beat Qater 3-0 ... even captaining the team for the final twenty minutes ... http://www.lcfc.com/news/article/230514-moore-gets-armband-in-england-u21s-win-1570689.aspx Morgan, Upson, Wasyl and Moore ... best central defensive armory since the days of Walsh, Elliot, Taggs and Prior methinks ..
That is a great quartet, but are they good enough for the PL? I think we need to spend some money on a really classy centre half. I like all 4 of them but they're either a bit old and slow (Morgan, Wasilewski, Upson) or inexperienced (Moore). Needs to be a bit more balance.
