An away day at Barry Hearn's other love on Saturday and Westley comes up against another of his favourite managers Russell Slade. Orient did the double on us last season and Slade also has a decent record against Westley, a tough away game but the onus will be on Orient to make the running in the game so they won't be playing a 10-0-0 formation like County did on Tuesday. Veteran Kevin Lisbie up front will be a handful, should have enough to beat them though. (Famous last words) Both full backs Keane and Laird doubtful, Laird won't play again for 6 to 9 months following that tackle which in the words of Keith Curle was an accident. (Appeal the decision then) Keane limped off on Tuesday. Buchanan will come in for Laird and Wright will deputise for Keane. In three to four years time this could be played at the Olympic Stadium in front of 75000 empty seats.
GW is looking for a loan buty according to the new laws he will have to try & loan out a NE player first. A chance for Cummins to get some experience. Orient @ the Olympic Stadium at a cost of hundreds of millions to the taxpayer. What a farce!
Disappointing result. LO are on a decent run & NE have lost 2 important players! Some expectation of a loss here. Apparently TK played well enough but needs to bring his shooting boots to a game.
Maclad, have you read the LEP site yet? All the Tangerines are filling up the site with their crowing.I see the 'pool could only ddraw at home with an average Watford side. It seems they are on the turn - downwards.
Tend not to read the comments in fact rarely read match reports, used to buy the paper then when it hit 47 p a couple of years ago stopped buying it, rarely look at the site.
