The "Save Lewisham Hospital" campaign paid tribute to the part played by MillwallFC and its fans in defeating Jeremy Hunt's attempt to downgrade the A&E and maternity units. It's my local hospital, my two were born there and I've also been involved in the campaign. So I'd like to say well done everyone at Millwall for helping to win a terrific victory.
Congrats all involved, a victory for common sense. I contributed to the fighting fund and was also born there as well.
