Not sure what everyones knowledge of this is but Levante are giving it a good old go at the top end of La Liga so far this season, good to see a bit of a unusuality in Spain's top league.. Really good blog written about them on their performances so far this season; http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/blog/2011/oct/17/levante-la-liga-expendables-2
no, silva is getting no game time because he is lazy, doesn't work hard, and is being given no help to change this by Levante. arsenal really should have brought him to england and sent him on loan in the championship. he has the skills, speed and talent to be a fast, pacy, tricky winger, but needs to gain the right mentality, which he would do in the championship.
well then he should go on loan in Holland or Germany, where they create a work-ethic in players. in Spain, the good ones get pushed through and the ones deemed not good enough are shoved out and left to scrap for a team (fabregas would not have made it had he stayed at Barca, like Merida).
True. Feyenoord did a good job with Ryo. Despite Barca's record with young players, the Dutch do know how to treat their young players. Always have and always will.
I really doubt Fabregas would not be a great player if he stayed at Barcelona. Apparently they are good at bringing through youngsters too you know.
amazing rise. Although saying that newcastle are the levante of the premier league...... But will come down to earth and still finish mid table. Same as levante. More than happy for you to signature this.
The Premier League equivalent (in terms of size, players etc) to Levante is probably Wigan. But even then, they spend more than little old Levante do.
