Let's not judge Paulinho on his transfer fee

    I've read some comments recently that as the club has invested £17m in Paulinho, he will be expected to deliver immediately. But I think fans should be careful about thinking in those terms, as transfer fees have so little to do with the actual worth of a player - e.g. Andy Carroll, Fernando Torres, or on the side of the coin, Michu.

    What do you think? Will Paulinho get judged too quickly if he doesn't make an instant impact?
